NV Charleston

Solution:

NV is the newest upscale dance lounge located in the heart of downtown Charleston. NV contacted us to build and launch a website that would showcase the unique feel of their trendy yet elegant decor. We achieved this by carrying over the sameambience that can be found in the lounge. We used a similar color scheme as well as added a media player with dance music to help create the feel of upbeat night life. We also created a way to allow the client to upload and display promotional pieces directly to the site. NV also told us how important it was for them to be able to post images they take on a nightly basis to the site. We created a system that allows them to do just this as well as automatically add an NV watermark to all their images.

Woozie

Solution:

What's a Woozie?!? A woozie is a wine koozie. Basically it's a koozie with a specific shape and a draw string designed to let it fit on a wine glass. Woozies have been on the market since early 2009 and arecurrently in 500 stores nationwide. They are growing quickly and wanted to add a web outlet to their site to increase direct to consumer sales and provide an easy way to interface with retailers. Existing retail account holders are now able to reorder efficiently using the e-commerce site and new retailers will be able to apply to carry the Woozie and place their initial orders. We were excited to work with Shawn McClafferty on this project. Shawn is the original web designer for the Woozie site and had a great design for us to work with. We took Shawn's design, moved it to a new host, and wrapped our e-commerce solution around it.

It was important for the Powder Magazine to have a site that was very easy to navigate and to effortlessly let teachers see all the important programs and activities that the museum provides. An calendar was implemented to inform the public of the museum's upcoming events. This calendar is easily updated by the curator of the museum.
